Return Policy

At Ralph Lauren®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process for eligible items.

🔁 Return Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • All original tags and labels are attached.

  • The product is in its original packaging.

🛑 Non-returnable items include (unless defective or damaged):

  • Personalized or monogrammed items

  • Final sale or clearance merchandise

  • Fragrance, swimwear, and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)

💳 Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed once your return has been received and inspected.

  • Shipping fees and import duties (if any) are non-refundable.

  • If your item was marked as a gift, a gift card credit may be issued.

🚚 Return Process

Step 1: Start Your Return

Visit our Returns Portal or contact us at customerassistance@ralphlauren.com with your order number.

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

Include your return form and ensure the item is properly packed.

Step 3: Ship the Item

You may use your own carrier or a prepaid return label if offered. Keep your tracking number for reference.

🌍 International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs documentation. Please clearly mark the package as "Returned Merchandise" to avoid additional duties.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
